πŸ”’ Zero Lock – Dev Update

Hey everyone, happy Wednesday

Quick update on Zero Lock, my UE5 lock-on system framework.

Last time I was working on the auto-locking feature — it’s getting there, but still not 100% finished. Lately, I’ve been focusing on a few new things:

  • Camera Switching – lets you switch the camera side (left or right of the player) for better view control

  • Threat Lock – finds and auto-locks the highest threat around you, or can handle normal locking the same way if you set it up that way

  • Weak Spot Locking – lets you lock onto weak points directly

Still a lot of tweaking and testing to do, but it’s all starting to come together. I’ll have more to show once the auto-locking is fully wrapped up.

If this devlog gets some likes or interest, I might post a demo build so everyone can try out the new features for themselves.

Thanks for following along and checking out the project.
